And for those who plan to invest, broker, or buy and develop land, LAND ENVIRONMENT AND PRIVATE PROPERTY RIGHTS will discuss land and its uses, and laws affecting the use of land, including environmental laws, urban growth, and required disclosures.
GRI 301 and GRI 302 are each a 15-hour course with a 1.5-hour exam approved for 11 hours of specialty credit or 15 hours of broker post-licensing credit per module.
