CPAR will source and support programs and services that inspire education, provide ongoing technology advancement, encourage philanthropy and promote advocacy. CPAR will affirm the preservation of real property rights, explore opportunities to improve the public awareness of REALTORS and encourage their continuing positive impact in communities. CPAR will be a pivotal valued influencer by enhancing member business, power partner growth and an internal customer oriented environment.
The Central Panhandle Association of REALTORS® (CPAR) is a not-for-profit corporation, 501 (c)(6), that provides membership services to its REALTOR® members. CPAR strives for an excellent member experience and is dedicated to member service. The Association provides tools and support for its members, hosts education and professional development courses, conducts Association and Committee meetings, and maintains active involvement within its surrounding communities and governments.
Located in Panama City, Florida, CPAR serves 1,800+ members (REALTORS®, Power Partners, Assistants, and MLS Only) across its 5 counties (Bay, Jackson, Calhoun, Washington, and Holmes), continuing to grow and expand its members.
