 2019 President-Elect

Brian Hinton - ERA Neubauer Real Estate, Inc

A native of Southern Indiana, I spent my early career selling to the retail industry, then established a sales training & consulting firm as well as an event marketing company.  I fell in love with Bay County while on vacation in 2002, decided it was time for change, and moved to Panama City in March of 2003. I joined our Association of Realtors in 2004 with a vision to specialize in Commercial Real Estate. I have had the opportunity to work as an agent, broker, franchise partner and sole proprietor in this effort.
In March of 2008. I met my wife Lori, became a husband and stepfather and found that Bay County would indeed be my home for the remainder of my career.  I have found other ‘families’ in Bay County as well, as I have been fortunate enough to be involved in the Kiwanis Club of Panama City, serving as Past President, Board Director, and continue to participate in community service projects including delivering ‘Meals on Wheels’ for the Council of Aging, and on youth mentoring programs.  As a member of the ‘Martin Ensemble, I have performed in many live theatre productions at the Martin Theatre downtown and served as the ‘Main Street Coordinator’ for the Downtown Improvement Board.
Working with our Association of Realtors, I have served as the Chairperson for the Commercial Investment and Marketing Committee (Formally CID) for the sixth consecutive year and on the Board of Directors for three years. Along with Brian Neubauer, I continue to co-chair the task force for the relocation, and now renovation of our new association office.
I believe the only role of the Board of Directors and the President of the Association is to represent the needs and goals of the entire association. I would like to see a more effective structure in place to ensure that the membership has ample opportunity to present their needs, opinions and concerns to the Board of Directors prior to a ‘call to vote’ on membership business.

Tammy Elmore - RC Real Estate Group

Living along the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida for more than 40 years has been an amazing way to live with family and friends.  Born and raised in Huntsville, Alabama, we moved with my family to Panama City Beach when I was a teenager and thus began my journey as I like to feel “A Native Floridian.”  I’ve lived from Pensacola to Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Orlando, Key West and many places in between.  I began my professional career a in the hospitality industry more than 30 years ago in Panama City Beach and obtained my Florida Real Estate License, but was soon promoted as a Florida Licensed CAM Manager and moved to Fort Myers, FL. where I began traveling, and working to manage operations for multiple properties in multiple states.  After 18 years, I retired and became interested in commercial real estate sales and property management.
I soon found myself becoming a mother of a beautiful baby girl and thus life changed again.  I moved back to Panama City Beach and was excited to join the local real estate market working in marketing and business development for a couple of local real estate companies.  I’ve even had the pleasure of working in the title closing business, learning the intricate closing details for any real estate transaction.  Growing any business takes knowledge and know how, along with a willingness to share knowledge and grow with your community and your company.
I have served on the Communications Committee for our local board for more than 5 years, along with serving on the Education and Commercial Committees for the board.  I spent a year as the Women’s Council of Realtors Sponsorship & Event Chair helping raise money and awareness for our Organization and Charities. My work is very important to me and most people that know me, know that I am always there to lend a hand for my co-workers and my community.  When I’m not working and in my spare time, you will find me with my daughter and my wonderful husband on the beach or in the bay or helping out with one of our favorite charities.

Brook Simmons - Keller Williams Success Realty

Being born in Panama City gives me the priviledge of claiming that I am a native which I wear proudly.  My community is important to me as well as having a servant attitude.  Along with helping 30 to 50 families reach their goals in both buying and selling real estate as a single agent each year, I devote time to both charitable and professional organizations.  During a difficult time in our association, I stepped up and served on the MLS task force, tasked to research multiple MLS systems.  The task force recommendation led to the adoption of our current MLS system for CPAR.  I have served on the Agent Leadership Council for Keller Williams Success Realty for multiple years.  As a  council member,  my duties included overseing the activities of 100-190 other agents, reviewing budgets and production reports,  organizing our Red Day event at the Boys and Girls Club and assisting in training and mentoring at all production levels. I have a passion for real estate and the profession of being a REALTOR. I am an active member of the Junior League of Panama City since 2013 and recently served as VP of Membership for 2 years.

As a member of the board I will make informed decisions based on research of both sides of an issue.  I will always be on the side of the majority of our membership and truly want what is best for our membership and your business.  I believe in the TEAM concept. Rollin Ryan - Realty Pro Real Estate Centers

Thank you for considering me as 1 of your newly elected Board of Directors candidate.
I’ve been actively involved in our Local Board for a while now:
  • Started my real estate career in 2005.
  • Became a Broker in 2006 and proudly served as Education Committee Chair where CE was the main focal point.
  • Was fortunately selected and completed the Leadership Academy offered by BCAR where the mission is to prepare local professionals for leadership positions for both local and beyond.
  • Developed a leadership style to listen, ask questions and filter through the good, bad and the ugly and make recommendations.
You may ask, “Why Rollin Ryan”?

Rollin Ryan has been a true supporter of the hard working Realtor.
I’ve maintained an above average of closed transactions throughout the years with hard work and ethical practice at the front of every transaction.  I know what you go through.
I understand what everyone faces and now I want to help shape the future of our Association to follow the strengths of the past and to keep an eye on the challenges of the future.
  1. If you want your Director who will listen to what “You” have to say and consider why you say it; I’m 1 of the ones you should select as a member on the Board of Directors.
  2. I won’t lie to you, I won’t pull your leg, I won’t tell you what someone wants you to hear.
  3. I’m old school to the way of working hard, saying it like it is and staying with it until the problem is fixed while being smart enough to try to avoid unnecessary problems, if we can.
With your help… I can be a bigger part of our Association and help you achieve your goals.

It’s an honor to be considered, I’m only asking for 1 of your votes for the Board of Directors.
